Group Coaching
This is a group coaching situation, similar to attending a couple’s retreat, but conducted online.
The program is strictly limited to ten couples at a time (20 participants total) who are in a committed relationship with the shared intention to cultivate practices of Conscious Loving and Taoist sexual practices. Please refer to the basic principles to gain a deeper understanding of what that means.
This ongoing group coaching format is equally open to heterosexual couples, same-sex couples, and any other permutation. If you find yourself in an unconventional container (polyamorous, open relationship, etc.), please fill out the application, and we’ll see if this could be adapted to fit your needs.
If you are single and want to cultivate habits to prepare for a conscious relationship, a different group coaching opportunity will be offered at another time.
Format of the Group Coaching Program
- One 90-minute call per week
Attend live or watch the replay. - Monthly calls focusing on conscious relationships
Learn practices to increase honesty, appreciation, responsibility, commitment, and other qualities which research shows lead to fulfilling relationships. - Monthly calls on Taoist sexual dual cultivation practices
- Monthly calls on solo cultivation
- Men meet with Arjuna Ardagh
- Women meet with a certified female Healing Love Coach
- Open time call once a month
Ask for support with anything you would like help with. - Access to an extensive library of tools
Includes videos, audios, guided PDFs, and written documents for all Conscious Relationship and Taoist practices. - Buddy system
Pair up with a buddy or another couple for accountability and mutual support. - Community Circle membership
Exclusive to this group coaching program for asking questions and receiving answers anytime. - Optional private sessions with Arjuna

Cost for Couples Group Coaching
- $250 per person per month
- $500 per couple per month
